Goldie (Susan Oluwabimpe Harvey) was a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and artist. Born on October 23, 1981, she was a prominent figure in the Nigerian music industry. Goldie rose to fame with hits like "You Know It", "Jawo Jawo", and "Skibo". Her music blended Afrobeats, pop, and electronic styles, earning her numerous award nominations, including the Best Female Act at the 2012 Africa Music Awards. Goldie participated in the 2012 Big Brother Africa reality TV show and was a brand ambassador for various companies. Sadly, she passed away on February 14, 2013, at the age of 31, leaving a lasting legacy in Nigerian music.
