Kadija

Kadija George Sesay is an artist and literary activist, known for her contributions in arts management, magazine publishing, and book editing. She is dedicated to racial equity and eliminating disparities in underrepresented communities, particularly those of color. Her work includes installations in notable public spaces like Gwynn Falls Leakin Park and Lake Montebello. Kadija has earned accolades such as the Daily Record Leading Women award and the Associated Black Charities Women on the Move award, which recognize her efforts in positively impacting communities. Additionally, she is a self-taught graphic designer and a fan of 90’s hip-hop and cinema.
