Karan Aujla, born Jaskaran Singh Aujla on January 18, 1997, in Ghurala, Punjab, is a Canadian-based singer, rapper, and songwriter, best known for his impactful contributions to Punjabi music. He moved to Canada in 2014, where his career flourished, making him one of the most prominent names in the Punjabi music industry. Initially a lyricist, Aujla gained recognition with his breakthrough song "Range," penned for Jassi Gill in 2014. He later began releasing his own music, with "Don’t Worry" (2018) marking a significant milestone in his career, accumulating millions of views on YouTube. Known for his raw, emotional lyrics that touch on themes of street life, love, and personal struggle, his music resonates strongly with fans, especially within the Punjabi diaspora.
