Katempa is a contemporary Kikuyu urban artist from Kenya, known for blending various music styles, including world music, pop, reggae, gospel, and Mugithi, a traditional Kikuyu genre. His works include songs like Nowe Nyenda and Manjuragia, and he has also put out an EP titled Muthamaki.
