MadeinTYO (real name Tayo Oviosu) is an American rapper and hip-hop artist who gained significant attention with his breakout single "Uber Everywhere" in 2016. Originally from the U.S., he spent part of his childhood in Tokyo, Japan, due to his father's military career. This experience greatly influenced his music, blending cultural elements and a unique perspective into his sound. MadeinTYO's early success was amplified by his debut mixtape You Are Forgiven (2016), and he was later included in XXL's Freshman Class of 2017. His debut studio album Sincerely, Tokyo (2018) showcased his growth, with tracks like "Ned Flanders" featuring A$AP Ferg, while his second album Never Forgotten (2020) continued to build his presence in the industry.
