Migos

Migos is an influential hip-hop trio from Lawrenceville, Georgia, formed in 2008. The group is composed of Quavo (Quavious Keyate Marshall), Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus), and Takeoff (Kirshnik Khari Ball), with Quavo being the uncle of Takeoff, while Offset was a childhood friend. They initially went by the name Polo Club before adopting "Migos" as a nod to "Three Amigos." The group is known for their signature trap style, often characterized by catchy ad-libs, triplet flows, and energetic beats. Their breakthrough came in 2013 with the single "Versace," which gained wider popularity after a remix featuring Drake. This success was followed by their mixtape Y.R.N. (Young Rich Niggas). Over the next few years, Migos solidified their place in hip-hop with the release of the Culture album in 2017, which included the chart-topping single "Bad and Boujee." Their influence on the trap genre is undeniable, with several more successful albums and collaborations.
